Aundi Mason (founder and Head Chef) trained as part of a scholarship at Le Manoir Aux Quat’s Saisons in Oxfordshire, Raymond Blanc’s 2 Michelin star restaurant. She also worked at Hotel Du Vin’s 2 AA Rosette Bistro in Winchester.
